I have learned (the hard way) that there is a wide range of quality in Fijian caregivers, and Fiji Home Care is the best there is. When my husband was discharged from a post-acute recovery facility in Petaluma I contracted with another agency. It was not long before I realized that the word "Fijian" does not automatically guarantee great care. Well before the (paid-in-advance) first month of home care was up, I was painfully aware of that fact. This is not the place to review that other agency, but suffice it to say the Litea's agency, Fiji Home Care, came to the rescue when we desperately needed them. I felt like the Marines had landed, the Lone Ranger had galloped in, and Superman had swooped to our rescue. The difference was night and day. Litea's caregivers went far beyond ordinary home health care competence: they were attentive, intelligent, energetic, compassionate, upbeat, patient, and thoroughly competent. They quickly became like family. They made it possible for my husband to remain at home through his last days, treating him with affection, respect, and careful attention to all his needs. They earned our heartfelt gratitude"
